Popped in this morning to the Mansfield store for an E-SIM to physical SIM card swap. Special mention to Jay who did the swap, was greeted with a smile as I entered the store, and just the absolute perfect, hassle free and pleasant customer service experience from start to finish. It's staff like Jay that I wish every store had! Many thanks.
