I started working from home and found my office to be really cold throughout the winter, I contacted soak interiors regarding a new radiator. I dealt with Julie who was prompt and professional and helped me pick the best one for my space as I had no idea what to choose. She explained when it would arrive and that I would be notified when It was ready to be fitted. Mark installed it, he also suggested checking my loft was insulated to help keep the warmth in. Mark was respectful of my property, wore his mask at all times and everywhere was cleaned up after the installation. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again. The showroom has wide variety of quality appliances to view and Julie Tucker-Inwood the showroom manager has a wealth of detailed knowledge to give expert guidance to customers. Their prices are competitive and after-sales service excellent. I certainly recommend them to anyone considering any such work.

The service and the quality of the product from Soak is of high standards. Nothing is to much for them and being a bathroom installer this is priceless. Thank you to all the staff and I look forward to working along side you in the future.
