Nearly one year on from buying from this agent who insisted i used premiere property lawyers to do my conveyancing i find out today that my purchase has not been registered with land registry which is making it impossible for me to sell the property on.........nothing but problems from the day i tried to book a viewing and the lawyers they are taking a big chunk of cash from are at best useless there are other words i would like to use but take my advice if you want your purchase registered in your name do not use the conveyancers this agent push on you.
