        Wouldnt trust this company. STILL waiting for refund and theyve had my faulty power king generator for nearly a month. Constant back and forth with the faulty generator and they finally agreed to refund on 14th April, heard nothing since other than theyve marked as urgent. Lack of communication and customer service is disgraceful.

        Had a problem with Fox 40 volt battery mower.although it was only a small job they took the machine from me and got back in touch within a couple of days to say it was repaired.The whole process was done in a professional manner and the person I dealt with was very friendly.pleasure to deal with.
