Excellent GP practice, above and beyond care. Minimal waiting times for appointments, staff always very approachable and useful.

Staff are rude Docs not a clue My symptom got worse had to go hospital Docs can't see a issue Hospital did Staff on front desk not a clue And rude and think there above every one

Requested medical notes, long delay of more than 3 months, requested the medical notes twice and when got some not all medical notes it was all falsified, it appears to me that they have destroyed my original medical notes, on purpose (surgery before millview surgery have done the same to I and another relative (millview surgery also responsible,not a good surgery)have passed the book to this surgery it also messed up our data, and shared and broken confidentiality they have been informed to do it( wrongfully) and don't care for patients, they don't have a duty of care( just care about money) they have all caused great distress and harm, useless!( They have defamed the family in medical records) before, during and after lockdown (everything is still ongoing in 2022 and not resolved )the robots who did this have allowed harm and corruption to occur and a relative close to us who has autism to get harmed, and put close relatives in danger,staff do not seem to know what they are doing and our robots, serious harm has and still occuring, what a shambles!
