ive been registered at this GP since march and it is without doubt the worst one i have ever seen. it is almost impossible to get an appointment, and even getting in touch to ask a question is painful - you have to ring multiple times just to get put on hold. the receptionists are rude and unpleasant. i have been waiting 10 weeks for a referral i was told would take 6 at the most, and when i called to ask after it i was curtly informed that i had to be patient. overall a very unpleasant, shoddily run practice, and i am extremely glad that i will be moving soon so i can register at a different gp.

This surgery fleeces money from NHS whilst providing the WORST service to patients. I work for the NHS and had an appointment 2 weeks ago, booked time off work only to be told there is a standard few hours waiting time to see the doctor! They even had the cheek to ask me to re-book to another day. Why? Because they need to show they've seen that many patients on the day to claim money back no doubt. The customer service is rude, the 'treatment' from the doctor was appalling, she kept trying to make it sound like it was my fault. Would not recommend, I would be moving surgeries ASAP.
