What an amazing surgery, rang up and got booked in the same day, receptionist were great, and the nurse was straight to the point really made me feel like I was in good hands, put my mind at ease within seconds, and I feel I have a better understanding of my symptoms, instead of trying to get me straight out the door, I cant remember the ladys name. Great service

Called churchside medical yesterday which took 16 minutes to get through. To be told all appointments had gone and they are finishing at 12.00 so if you need an appointment try tomorrow or go hospital. Not the first time I've needed an appointment and not got one won't be the last so I've requested to move as I fear I' will end up in hospital again if I don't, (not to mention I've been bleeding for a week and have similar symptoms that put me in the hospital a year and half ago which I mentioned to the lady). if any other Bussiness was conducted in this way it would have gone bust complete lack of compassion as well as people skill, avoid at all.costs, there are enough doctors in Mansfield that are wanting patients you have been warned

I turned up for an appointment a week too early . My mind all over the place . I have issues with pain, severe anxiety depression. These ladies go above and beyond the call of duty . To help all their patients. For years, 14 infact, l had a severe fear of Doctors ? I even had a lump growing beneath my earlobe. I would not get help , even though l was losing weight rapidly .. I have problems with communication but Churchside ladies have helped me overcome my fears . Their general rapport with patients is absolute excellent . Thankyou , dear ladies ,and Doctors for helping me . I am so grateful to all . This practice is the very best in the Midlands.. Sheri

You can never get an appointment it doesn't matter that you are ringing from 8:00 + you have to stay on the line for 40 mins before they let you know. Best medical practice. You can die before someone see you. The joke of the 21 century!!!

Honestly if I hear the message we are dealing with a pressured situation again, its now 2023 not 2021. Stop using Covid as an excuse to limit patients Ive been bed ridden from a simple infection that could of been dealt with weeks ago. Ive been calling the roulette call system for 6 weeks on and off when I actually saw the doctor I got told to try antihistamines. Anyone would think theres a shortage antibiotics. Clearly the people that used to hold the practice together are not around as anymore as the quality of care is so poor
