        Great recipients great service, except repeated presentations are always late and you are on hold for 45 minutes on hold before you can get to talk to someone, they need more people answering the phones and someone specifically on the prescriptions and repeats to stop the phone lines getting bottle necked trying to sort them out.

        Just had appointment, waited 30 minutes for the flu jab ,30 people went in before me ,so l just walked out, l am debating to changing my doctor's ,if it doesn't change
