Lots of lovely shops all under one roof, the shop staff are friendly amd really helpful, you can get almost everything you need under one roof.

I've been to this shopping centre all my life and have never been disappointed until now. On a recent visit to the centre, when it came to pay my parking fee, both machines (card payment only & cash payment only) were malfunctioning so no one could pay at all. I was informed that the centre staff were aware of it and it was suggested to me that I may leave without any repercussions. That was on the 4th April. It's now the 24th April and I have received through the post, a penalty charge notice because I didn't pay. I am disabled, riddled with cancer and receiving benefits. I cannot afford to pay the fine of 60 if I pay up early or for that matter 100 if I pay later. I am probably not the only one to receive a CPCN as the shopping centre was very busy. These machines are malfunctioning on a regular basis. Bring back the old paper ticket system where you pay for the time you want to park, it's a tried and tested system that always worked.
