Eco-Vape Mansfield

No after care. Staff unable to repair simple puncture, wants to send away for 3 weeks. Asked for tyre info to get my own, they had no idea. Im having to contact my local bike shop to fix puncture. Customer service appaulling

The person who served me today was really great, gave me plenty of info and really respectable. The prices are so much cheaper compared to other stores and the staff will inform you about the escooter legislation.

The guy in this shop is very rude, and abrupt wasnt interested in offering any advice or best product(s) to buy. I explained to him that I wanted to purchase a vape but without nicotine unsure of what to buy I got the 5 for 20 disposables I walked out of the shop with a good deal however when I got to the top of the town I realised that these had 0.2mg of nicotine in them. I went back in the shop with my receipt and explained that this isnt what I wanted he told me that it was tough luck and he is unable to refund because they are disposable its not that I wanted my money back I was happy to spend more money on what I initially asked for but due to his manner and unwillingness to help I ended up with the wrong product. Their are many other vape shops in the town but this store looked professional maybe the company is and we landed on this incompetent representative. Unfortunately I wont be returning as a future customer nor would my experience here want me to recommend this company.

I purchased some liquids, when I checked the bag after I had left the shop they were not the ones I asked for. I Went back with the receipt and unopened boxes and he just refused to refund or replace them.
