        Both guys very friendly and knowledgeable, and literally a few minutes from home, yet I'd never used them before! , he knew all the "common" problems for my vw phaeton, an did the job of changing the egr thermostat in no time at all for a good sensible price. Thank you both, I'll be back for sure.
