Highly recommended!! Positive fun atmosphere in class, highly motivated and enthusiastic coaches, very welcoming atmosphere, great teaching from very obviously passionate coaches, great communication, the team are fantastic at building confidence and self esteem and have had a positive impact on my sons anxiety. From the first moment of contact Coach Matt and team have been completely professional, extremely welcoming and very informative. I cannot speak highly enough of this organization.

The best thing I would say about warrior ladies is no judgment, disrespect or patronising behaviour from anyone and I feel like if there was it would be dealt with straight away. Coaching team are so supportive, really encourage to get best out of you and treat us all as equals. I've been to several gyms and classes and this is the only one I've stuck at for these reasons. They genuinely care that we do well and enjoy our successes with us. And we've all become a good bunch of friends who welcome each other as friends and also welcome newcomers the same. In the past I've avoided going to groups due to anxiety about the coaches and people there, but new ladies will have nothing to worry about at this club

Highly highly recommend the kickboxing class! My trainers are lovely, so welcoming and friendly and explain the combos really well. Ive never done anything like this as was very nervous as I went not knowing anybody. Ive made friends, Ive grown in confidence and I love my weekly sessions. My fitness has definitely improved already. Would highly advise anyone thinking about it to just go, at least for the trial! Thank you again to Kirsty and Zena who are my fantastic coaches

My 8 year old daughter really enjoys the classes. She didnt know anyone when she started but was made to feel very welcome. Zoom lessons during lockdown have been great too.
