        The owner really went out of his way to help me, a semi commercial CNC user, even though his business is normally far larger clients with a lot more chance of repeat business. The service he provided was also not his usual offering but as I am a smaller business he managed to find a way to get my machine up and running again at a cost that fit my budget (after four weeks down) and numerous dead ends explored for micron size bearings. Many thanks to Ball Screw Services; you saved my bacon :-)
