FLX Logistics Huthwaite

I joined this company last November and I was homeless and struggling with life at that time. 3 month later I had a car, apartment and a good full time job. Dave the boss, Craig, Amy and all the office staff helped me get back on my feet. This is the best company ive worked for and I've had my HGV 12 years that says a lot... BIG UP FLX LOGISTICS (Now Sacked But they still a good firm) #StayBlessed.

Started here 12 months ago and at most very happy Money is very poor but i was told they were different and held there drivers with the highest regard and wanted to promote a good work/life balance. As they have expanded i have seen drivers come and go on the higher end of a normal turnover, i kept myself to myself. But due to incompetent planners, i was left out to dry on my last card, which kind of puts the companies and individuals motivations towards there staff into perspective. I real shame and a very big disappointment!!!, that words are just words and there drivers are numbers and the only importance to this planning dept is making a delivery, with zero regard to the drivers personal commitments. Personally i would skip this place and earn the 3 to 4 extra p/hr at the next company who are actually honest and tell you that they don't give 2 hoots about you and your wellbeing,
