Cash Monkey Mansfield

Purchased a Google Pixel 7 to find it blacklisted. Returned without refund from the store (strange process) and no contact from the area manager, Andy who was apparently the only person that could authorise a simple refund. Had to wait over 6 weeks for my credit card company to issue a charge back. Bizarre as they would have incurred extra fees for that in addition. If I'd bought using cash, it would have meant taking them to court. Obviously would not recommend them. Nice friendly staff but powerless and not well trained.

So plesent helpful staff and I got my pinched bike back because they actually listened when I told them my bike had been stolen so when aomeone tried to sell them it they refused it and I am fully grateful to the staff for that.

Sold me an iPhone for 900 and then it got blocked a few months later and they won't even refund me, what a disgrace of a company, typical dodgy pawn shop. The owner Andy even knew about my case and still did nothing and stopped replying to my messages.

Been going here for many years, the staff overall were excellent if a mixed bunch. Overall the shop is kept well and recently they have been putting great effort into their cabinet displays. A wider variety of stock with reasonable prices. Sometimes you can get deals that can't be left on the shelf. Would recommend to anyone.
