        Really pathetic customer service. Kept chasing them for a month for a date for the first treatment. Tried to explain to them that I work so cant be available all the time, we have to work out a date that suits both. But apparently thats not how they work, they emailed me a day before coming with a date for the next day!! And I was working that day. We were back forth several times with their random date allocation system without taking into account my available dates that I had provided. Its almost like they only deal with people who have retired Decided not to go with them becoz its probably going to be this hard for the other treatments later!!
