Got In touch for a bin clean and they replied with Hi If you can send address we can book you in for a regular service? Its 5.00 for the first clean and 2.50 every 4 weeks thereafter. Thank you I said that was great and and you can see I was asked about the regular service due to the question mark. I was out when they came and so said I would pay by bank transfer. When I got back we found the bits at the bottom of the bin which hadnt come out after being emptied left on our driveway, after the hot weather wed just had there were maggots which were also on the driveway. I opened the lid to find maggot still moving around in the bin. I messaged for the bank details, paid and politely told them Thanks thats been sent. I appreciate you doing it last minute however, I dont think Id like them cleaning in the future. Thanks again! To which the customer service i received back was shocking and was told not to contact them again as the explained it was a regular service. They had mentioned this but due to the question mark I was not actually aware a one off would be a problem. I told them I wouldnt get back in touch as they requested and told them why, the remains left on the driveway ect. They replied saying I dont think you did but ok all cancelled. I sent them the footage of the cleaner tipping the bin upside down and not washing the remains away and leaving it on the drive. They replied with This is just water and will dry lol, he puts disinfectant in the bin afterwards and the video shows nothing. The video shows the cleaner tipping the bin upside down with the water in in and putting the bin back and leaving the remains and maggots ect on the drive and driving off. I asked if he thought this was ok and had the reply of dont contact us again. If you want clean bins and customer service this company isnt for you! Service: Cleaning

Had our first bin wash today. The cleaner took our bin, spray inside turned it upside down emptying all the waste content (bits of food and maggots) onto our driveway, puts our bin back and drives off. We paid for our wash and told them we wouldnt use them again to which we received the most unprofessional of text messages back. The person we spoke to basically implied that we were lying but after sending him the video footage he then said thats just water and will dry lol and that the video shows nothing yet the video shows the bin being turned upside down and the rubbish just being left This company believes it is acceptable to leave waste and maggots on the driveway and the bin was still dirty inside and out. Massively disappointed and massively disappointed with the communication following the clean. We got told numerous times do not message us again Service: Cleaning
