Parking easy & Free! Receptionists friendly and helpful. Radiographers kind and efficient, who explained every stage of the procedure. Thank you to Ann and Carol you are fantastic and a credit to the Hospital and the NHS.

Dental appointment. Accused of not brushing our sen sons teeth. Accused of feeding him sweets and other things. Yes he has bad teeth. All part of his syndrome. Then to top it all off told we should sit on the 4 year old with heart problems chest to hold him down while we brush his teeth. What a joke. Very disappointed.

My 82 year old Grandma was placed here to recover from an operation for a new hip following a fall in her garden. She has had several falls over the past 12 months and is very unsteady on her feet. She also has regular infections which have led to sepsis 8 times. Whilst at this hospital she has been very unwell, has not received physio as promised and is now being released home. My mum has been on the phone daily to try and ensure she is placed in a care home for a small amount of time to allow her to recover and hopefully regain some of her mobility to allow her to go back home. She has been lied to that she had a place at a local care home, only for that to be cancelled and told they're sending her home with 2 carers a day. That is 23 hours a day she will be left alone, with the nearest family member a 40 minute drive away. She is unable to dress herself, cook for herself, take herself to the bathroom or complete any normal day to day tasks. The duty of care provided has been horrific, this is an accident waiting to happen. She has worked her entire life, paid into the system and all the hospital are interested in is getting rid of her to free space for another patient to come in. The lack of understanding and remorse has been horrific, and when an accident does happen and she is seriously injured or worse no one will be there to take liability. It may be nothing to the healthcare workers but she is everything to us - the NHS need to sort their priorities out and improve care for those who have contributed for their entire existence. Disgusting.

Took my 90 year old mum for her covid jab last Monday Didnt realise that the car park was not in use for the vaccination clinic Mum needs a wheelchair. The guy monitoring the car park said I could park, but I couldnt get my car in the available spaces and get mum out. He went over and beyond to help me out. Let me get mum in her wheelchair and took her a inside whilst I waited for a space. You are a credit to the NHS. You will know who you are if you read this. I was getting in a right flap, so once again a big THANK YOU xxx
