He offers an above and beyond service- working in a way that suits you to check in. Where do I start with this review, the history behind my health and fitness journey dates back approximately 6 years and started with a master plan of moving more and eating less as I was weighing the heaviest I had ever been and getting on a bit. Fast forward to the pandemic and I had moved on to gym work and the very start of running journey, weighing in over a stone lighter than when I started, running outside instead of the gym became a passion and another 1.5 stone of weight disappeared, I was running half marathons and thinking I was fit but I was stuck at a certain weight and unable to make a break through for months on end. I got in touch with Chris about this in October 2021 and we discussed coming in for a scan and measurement, looking at what could be done and achieved over time approaching this matter more scientifically and controlled. Chris is super knowledgable and helpful, he spent ages with me on the first session going through absolutely everything and making sure I was committed to the plan and was setup fully to succeed, checking in on me during the initial first 6 week phase. I have stuck to returning every 6-7 weeks for follow ups and having measurements re-taken and am now 6 months in on the plan. Now before I get to the juicy details, please bear in mind that in this 6 months, we have had Xmas, New Year, celebrations, Easter, Holidays and other calorie busting days. I have had days where I have registered over 5000 calories as I have a serious habit for trifle and cake. This was all built into the plan however and this is about lifestyle, NOT a diet. This is changing things long term, thinking kore about what you do and eat rather than beating yourself up about the bad days. ALWAYS log everything, provides so much incite into how you used to live and what you used to do and then really shows how you can get stuck at a certain point. The results over 6 months have amazed me, resulting in dropping 3 trouser waist sizes, 2 shirt sizes and just under 2 more stone weight loss under the amount I was previously stuck at. I am now as light as I was as a fit teenager, whilst still hitting PB's for running and strength, this is all down to the help, support and accountability that ChrisFitography provides. The journey does not end here as Chris is now providing help and advice on maintaining weight, nutrition and strength. I really cannot recommend this service enough. There is no magic pill or easy way to achieve this, but with balance, control and Chris's support this has been far from hard graft to achieve just more about making achievable changes and sticking to them.

I went to see Chris to try and lose some weight and get fitter. Where I have failed before is after the first few weeks when the big gains seem to slow down and I see a lot of effort for little loss is when I seem to lose hope. Chris has been great and with the equipment and knowledge he has he is able to demonstrate and show that although the gains maybe slowing the fat reduction is still there but through more exercise the muscle growth makes the losses seem less but Im achieving the goal I set out for! Regular contact to keep me on track is also appreciated (and needed)
