I was interested in hair removal laser treatment. Paid my consultation fee. Filled in the forms to be told my indigestion medication conflicted with laser treatment. Strangely enough this was not on the salons list! Sought advice from a nurse who said very unlikely but can be out of the system in 2 weeks. I let them know and I've heard nothing since. I've been off the tablets for 7 weeks. At my hospital appointment yesterday, they confirmed most definitely no confliction has been reported and gave me a link to the list of medications. No indigestion medication is on there. I feel I've been fobbed off. Treatment was on offer for half price. If they didn't want to do it they shouldn't have taken my consultation fee and wasted my time.

This is such a lovely salon, with wonderful members of staff. Laura herself is doing all of my wedding prep, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend to everyone.

Honestly best salon ever. Starting with beautiful decoration finishing with 10/10 treatments everything just perfect. Thank you for my brows, lashes and hair Laser I am going to be back soon for more treatments x

I enquired about getting some gift vouchers and not being local to the companies location they readily agreed to mail them to me. Despite a few issues with the postal strikes the vouchers turned up and were presented lovely. Would recommend this company and thank you for your patience with me.

Just had the most amazing massage. Myself and my partner have had a full body massage and the service, was outstanding. The staff were respect and very professional within there approach, we would highly recommend to anyone A huge thank you
