Levana gave me realistic expectations and took her time to explain the process and the options available to get the best results. She didnt rush the process to get a quick result, she spent time ensuring my hair remained healthy using the best products and advised on good aftercare to maintain a healthy looking head. She was welcoming, friendly and made a 6 hour visit to the salon feel like 2. She was incredibly flexible to my personal needs too!
