I went for my hair done over the weekend here. Would NOT recommend. I wanted a balayage, and came out with I dont even know what. After spending 4 hours, and nearing on 100, I am now having to have my hair done elsewhere. Several professionals have commented on the work that has been done, suggesting my hair has been over bleached, and that the ombre is no where in sight. After voicing my concerns, i have been offered a free fix but understandably I no longer trust the salon. The reply I got was and I quote I am sorry you arent happy with your hair, which I think after looking at the images anyone would feel the exact same. My hair was separated to be dried, cut and styled and never once did the stylist voice her concerns and allowed me to leave the salon. I have since had my messages ignored by the company, and someone who had also voiced concerns were blocked from the page. Just wanted to make others aware, so you dont end up as upset and out of pocket as myself. 1 star is generous.
