        Do not recommend at all. You only got a chance to shine when you are friends or family with the coach Lisa. No equal treatment at all. Also after my child ha sledt the scorpions I have been chasing Lisa for 5 months for my refund of 140 - every time hearing a different excuse! BCA have confirmed the refund has been sent to her a while ago. When confronted she said she's busy and blocked me at the end. Not professional at all! Clearly Lisa is more about the money than reputation. I have now received only a PARTIAL refund for the tickets
