        Sadly our balcony laminated glass came with a handprint between the laminated sheets. Our beautiful view is spoilt by seeing this everyday. They offered to collect it and take it back to the warehouse to inspect but said any breakages would be at our risk. We were worried we would not get a refund so we have to put up with it.

        Best price by far from my local glass merchants. Delivery on the promised date and the driver called ahead to update ETA. Helped unload the glass off the back of the van. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

        Awful company. The kerbside delivery driver asked me to get the glass off his lorry. Im 62 and simply couldnt do that. He said he would drive off if I didnt. Managed to persuade him to help me. Some of the glass was damaged. Company not interested because when I advised them, it was three working days after delivery. Truly shocking experience. Now having to go through the Small Claims Court.

        Extremely unprofessional, quoted 2 weeks but ended up taking 6 weeks. Sent many emails asking for updates on the delay but no response. Delivery was a nightmare. Asked for an estimated time but no reply. Then had to unload lorry ourselfs very far from our address. Contacted the company but they seem more interested in deflecting blame than fixing issues.
