Been to have my bloods taken this morning. A new nurse, she was lovely. Noticed she tidied the room. She was very chatty. And used bigger tape to stick cotton wool on with. Straight in straight out. Excellent.

The care I have received in just a few months has been fantastic. From the receptionists who are ready to help to the Doctors that really want to get to the bottom of whats happening. A brilliant health care centre, I would recommend.

Very rude receptionist who raised her voice at me when I told her I couldn't do the times of the appointments. Gave her times I could do, which is weeks in advance of when I needed the appointment, and told I could never get an appointment at this time... Very rude, and not listening to anything you say

Attitude after Attitude had enough of this Surgery informed Doctors of rude reception staff thier is two in particular the young girl who has just started is really Good shame she has to work with the other two so misserable slam phone down mess you about tell you to ring at 8.30 to talk to Doctor if you ring 1 min to early they are nasty say you have rang to early and when you ring at 8.30 engaged?then when you do get through ask for your mobile number so Doctor will ring you slam phone down again and Guess what no one rings peolple like this dont Deserve a job if thier that fed up with it Leave and do us all a Favour
