Willowbrook Medical Practice

Absolutely disgusting, if I could give minus stars then I would, totally messed up all of my dads medication needed for his blister packs, its a good job my pharmacist calls me and keeps an eye on the prescriptions they issue or he could have possibly been left with either too much or not enough medication, impossible to get through to the reception, keep you in a queue for far too long, and when they eventually answer they are either rude or refuse to speak to you, speak over you and shout. They are totally unhelpful and inadequate. I wouldn't go there if it was the last doctors available, they need reporting and investigating. Service, care, empathy and general patient well being is sub standard and they need closing down.

ZERO STARS!!!!! This place is absolutely disgusting you've got to phone up about 8:30 your on the phone for over an hour or you get cut off and then if you do get through no appointments available even if you really need one. i think its ridiculous how you need to wear a face mask even though its not law no more! this place isnt a good surgery at all its not the same as it used to be you be ashamed of yourselves. there is no more duty of care from you guys you have people at your reception that arent pleasant and approachable and look like they dont want to be there which makes them unfriendly. me and my kids will never be returning to this practice again and we are finding a different practice to go to somewhere if you need an appointment your able to get one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wouldnt recommend this place what so ever

They are still sending my prescriptions to Skelmersdale (near Manchester) against all requests (, their promises) and sanity. I live in Sutton-in-Ashfield, my GP is in Sutton-in-Ashfield, the pharmacy is next to it, In Sutton-in-Ashfield. My prescription should be filled in Sutton-in-Ashfield. For gods sake "get the memo".

This place a joke until I seen a doctor green kept me going to see hi. Till he got to the bottom of my problem top doctor so the star arw for Dr Green not the whole place
