        Absolutely disgraceful AVOID AT ALL COSTS! came to do a boiler service, Managed to break the boiler left with no heating! Numerous messages and calls sent to which he reads and ignores! Absolute waste of space

        When asked how long they would be I got a reply saying 'en route '. An hour and a half later someone shows up. No apology. I clearly stated I have mental health and anxiety issues which they clearly are nor bothered about. I would look for a more trust worthy company and a company that doesn't lie to their customers.

        When I needed a new boiler due to my old one breaking down they fitted me a new one promptly and efficiently . A good service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended
