        We bought a Julian Bowen Cameo Cotbed from Amazon. It had a few scratches on one of the panels. We reached out to Julian Bowen Customer Service and Georgia sorted out the replacement part within 3 days. The parcel was damaged in transit and Georgia sent another replacement part within 2 days. Overall Customer service was great and the cotbed is beautifully made.
