Have nothing but problems getting a correct bill even though I have a smart meter. Three bills now and still not correct. They blame computers but only works on information they put in. Instead of three bills plus postage how about putting price down. Worst of all is you ring and you are told they have sorted it. Low and behold bill arrives next day and still wrong

I recently bought a new build which were using e-on for their gas and electric. I immediately changed to octopus and gave e-on appropriate meter readings. They eventually sent me a final bill which I paid through Bank Transfer immediately. They keep chasing me for the money! What is really aggravating is that you cannot contact them by phone despite them telling you to. Dreadful company, glad I changed to Octopus.
