We Repair Ghd

Amazing service. My sister stood on my ghds and snapped one arm in half and the hinge was broken. I sent them off as had used this company before when the heat plates failed. I honestly thought that they would be unrepairable but behold the repaired, looking like new ghds arrived this morning - they are in perfect condition with a 6 month warranty. Unbelievable service for the price. Thank you so very much!!!!!!

I really am impressed with this great little company. My GHDs had been really reliable for possibly more than a decade, until earlier this year. They were only heating up sometimes. It was very easy to book the repair online, I sent them off by 1st class signed for post... by the next day, they'd arrived with We Repair GhD, were repaired and despatched back to me by 1st class post - all of this on the day after I posted them. So I got them back repaired within 48 hours (I'd intentionally chosen to send them off early in the week so a weekend didn't delay or interrupt their return journey)... and with a 6 month warranty. Then a few weeks ago, about 3 weeks before the warranty ran out, my GhDs developed a different problem that was unrelated to the original issue. The new fault had developed with a part that had been tested (and working fine) during the first repair... remember to bear in mind, that was nearly 6 months earlier. True to their word, the company carried out the 2nd repair free of charge and posted them back to me. For this second repair, I only had to pay the postage to send the straighteners back to them (if it had been within 30 days of the original repair, I think they'd have covered the cost of that) and they also covered the cost of returning them to me, fully repaired with a new cable, also all done and back with me very quickly. I really do appreciate the amazing quick turnaround, the 6 month warranty and the brilliant service. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for GhD repairs and will definitely use them again if I ever need another repair!
