We had a new composite door fitted Aug 2018 (1295.00) and all seemed good but come winter time we noticed a draught coming through the door. We asked Mark to come back and rectify the problem and he came back and said it needed adjusting which he sorted, but after a while the problem came back and he came out again. We now have the same problem and he will not answer our emails or phone calls. We have had the door looked at and apparently the frame is not fitted correctly, on the shut side the middle is fitted out of line with the top and bottom so it will not seal to stop draughts, I had a word with DoorStop who made the door and recommended Mark and they do not want to know (have a look at DoorStops terrible reviews on Trust Pilot). Mark will not communicate with us neither will DoorStop so we are stuck with a door that is worse than our old one. Reply to your message. We have your new details from the internet so we have been using your correct contact details, if you recall I did speak to you and you said you were up a ladder and could not speak to me and to ring you back at 5pm that evening, which I did but it went straight to answerphone. I have tried telephoning you at different times on mobile and landline which have gone straight to answer phone and I leave messages, and I have had no response from you. If you read my original post you will see that it is the frame on the shut side that is the problem and not the hinges.
