The doctors and staff are lovely but making an appointment is difficult. Most times I call I'll have to start ringing at 7:58 just to ensure I get through . After being on hold for around 40 mins there are usually no appointments left . There should be a different system in place as it takes me a few days to make one appointment which in most cases is a 2 min phone call .
