My Dentist

I am very pleased with the service at this practice. All staff are friendly and do their best to offer a seamless service. Dr. Wail Al-Torkmany is great. He always puts my mind at rest and does this with humour & compassion. Thank you My dentist team

Attended an appointment here after being directed by 111. Dentist asked me to describe the pain which i did. Dentist then decided to fill a broken tooth, and take xrays, that has not caused me any problems for the last 20 years which was in a different part of my mouth to where the pain is. He has also arranged to have this tooth removed and just said someone will call you. When i questioned this the dentist then started banging around my teeth with the handle end of the mirror. Hitting the tooth i originally was in pain with several times while I confirmed this pain was worse. Then the dentist said there is nothing i can do for that tooth arrange to have it removed privately. So in all i am still in pain with the original tooth and now the tooth i had no problems with is now also causing me pain.

The dentist itself is great but there's a serious issue with there phone number call operator service, constaly being told your caller number 1 and someone will be with you shortly , constantly being told this before finally giving up. Today I've tried twice to cancel an appointment for over an hour each time that is later today, being told number 1 in qu. I don't understand what is the issue there's always callers in qu before me when first put into this hold system like today I started caller number 4 in qu. I left a message by pressing 1 but unsure if this even works. Start of January I tried everyday upto 3 hrs few times being told number one in qu I had to go there in person to get a issue dealt with and get an appointment. Other than this phone issue I think it's a great dentist

My partner has been with this practice for quite some time and ever since he has been with them his teeth have never be so bad. He recently visited with tooth ache and a missing filling that had fell out only to be told that his teeth were fine apart from one loose tooth and he could not have a new filling put in. He left feeling like he had not only wasted his money but also his time. Upon looking closer at the aching tooth he found that it wasnt loose it was infact chipped quite badly. I got him into another dentist and they have took X-rays of his chipped tooth and found that it is only inflammation and they are going to replace his filling if they can do this why cant the other dentist. I would avoid them at all cost my dentist at ratcliff gate wont be seeing him again.

Come today with my husband and children. Receptionist absolutely uninterested, sighying before picking up the phone, they saying after oops I think her name was... oh well. The who building looks disgraceful, I appreciate from reviews I can see there's been a flood but does this mean general hygiene has to be low.
