Waste of time and money what an absolute joke. Wasn't even given a chance to speak even though I was the applicant. They didn't even read what my case was about, just rushed me out the door and passed it over...

Received a letter today saying I must pay the claimant of a parking fine 429.19 by Monday 14th June by 4pm. Today is Friday the 11th of June. Just got back from work at 5.15pm. Letter gives no instruction on how to pay this. I basically have 8 hours Monday to try and figure out how to pay.

I had the same experience even took valid evidence that should have been there, I wasnt allowed to raise it, in fact I was shouted at by JWall, a Barrister Giles Gunstone at Nottm stated he had problems, but no other, I have infact raised a complaint, it wasn't right I don't myself, why should others, the case went against me as a result, wouldn't accept human rights aspect yes I've checked it with them, yes it falls in their remit, I thought it should be on a level, see what the complaint results, I wouldn't have believed it myself, many can't understand it, it's bad enough starting it never mind being shouted and pointed at when your in fact in the right, I thought the justice system was exactly for thst it's now at the Royal Courts of Justicev, the insurance group RSA say its totally wrong

The employees there do not respect the ordinary citizen. I saw it with my own eyes and it happened to me. From the security guards to those who run your case. Employees don't explain to you and they don't have time for you, employees have time and explain it to those who are lawyers, solicitors, counsel, etc. Which makes me believe that there is great discrimination from the employees for those without school and those with school. I ask those who run this institution to listen to the population and take action. Thanks in advance. Stay safe and all the best.
