Simon agreed to do some work for us, plus something extra that we needed doing. It seems he did a good job, but we can't get any proof from him. Paid him in full with certificate promised shortly via email. Over 2 months down the line, no certificate, won't answer messages, texts, emails or telephone calls. Will soon be forced to take further action, calling trading standards. This guy is appearing to be a con artist, just hope all the work he did is safe!!

THIS GUY IS A FRAUD! Simon was very quick to reply to my request and up to the date when he came to the do the job, his communication was excellent. I asked whether he was qualified and he would issue me a certificate as the work was to be done in the bathroom/shower area and he said he will at a cost of 5 on top of the quote for the work. When he came to my house, he then said that the work will cost me almost double than the original quote because it was more laborious than he had envisaged. I paid him all that was due but I have had no certificate. He said that he will send it via e-mail but never did. Twice when I managed to speak to him on the phone he said he was driving so he could not send me the certificate. He asked me to call back in the evening, but then he never answered. He never answers my phone calls, voice messages or SMS and it has been 2 weeks now. He was quick to answer when we were agreeing the job, now that I have paid he completely ignores my calls and has not supplied me with the promised electrical certificate, which I require since the work is in the bathroom/shower area.
