Last week I came to toffee hut , I walked out with out getting chance to order because the trainee were really rude and pushy. I came back yesterday , I ordered an milkshake it was full of ice , I ordered toffee got banana instead got a bad stomach after getting oat milk instead of coconut

In all honesty , this place used to be an really positive experience. I used to once come every week , and it used to have really decent options for everyone regardless to allergy or dietry prefence. And it used to be an quick and easy order. The place went down hill after getting new mangement and the quailty of service reducing. The food and drinks used to be really good but now its not as quailty for money. The new mangement did not know what vegan was and I have allergies , I had to check 3 times to make sure It were vegan. They pointed out food with eggs in and said it were vegan. Mistakes happen so I tried to be understanding but they wasnt very poliet in fact rude and really in my face , and I felt rushed whilst ordering whilst There were no one else in the queue. I understand they are training , I just expected them to have better commuincation. I ordered an drink but when it arrived it wasnt what I asked for and no one asked if anything were ok like they normally do. I did not want to cause an scene but this was an disapointing experience. I went to go to talk about it but the person was not around afterwards so I had to leave. I had bad experience before this not too long ago and I let it slip as I tried to be understanding , as mistakes happen and I wanted to give this place an fair chance. Its sad because Im not in the uk very often these days and I wanted one last visit until I get to return to the uk again and I wanted this experience to be special. This place could be really successful if they fixed the issues.
