Dealt with Joe a couple of times . Always been spot on . He even offered to carry the PC to the car which was just outside. He's an absolute pleasure and explains everything . Went above and beyond for my kid today. Cheers man

Had screen issues with my laptop & Joe was able to replace the part. Given the quote via a phone call on Friday & collected it the following Tuesday plus cheaper than I thought. Great service from Joe. Will go to Joe if any issues from now on

Only guy I'll go to with our laptops... Lovely guy, explains why/how things have broken and explains how they can/can't be fixed... Doesn't over charge explains the cost and has it done most times in a week
