        I have no clue why our school chose this uniform provider rather than a local one. I am guessing they have a financial interest in it which is quite annoying as definitely not the best option for the parents. The delivery fees are very high. No option to collect from anywhere. The price of the garments are high. The quality is ok so far (not enough time to judge) but I recently received a jumper which I paid 31.49 for and had clearly been used (no tags, some signs of usage). I called their customer service and they were unable to help really, and asked me to organise a return online (so what is the point of having a customer service?). I just don't have the time to do so and I needed the jumper or ended up keeping it. Unfortunately we are imposed this supplier by our school so there is not much I can do apart from leaving a review here. Hopefully some other schools will take these comments in consideration.
