        Very big misunderstanding here - this is the rule, if you want to ENTER you have to KNOCK and wait for the glass door to open, don't call!

        The staff was very helpful but the wait to be seen can be to long I tried to call for appointment and you can never get through

        Checked on the website over Xmas that they were open which of course said they were but when we got there a note on the door said they weren't open till Mon 9th of January. So we rang but no answer, we left a message but no one rang back till Monday the 9th some 3 days later. Apparently Newark was open but we had no way of knowing. We couldn't do much more !,
