Jak came out to clean our carpets when It became time to clean off the built up muck from furry paws and the kids! He was on time, friendly and professional. He was detailed in what he was doing, working on the tough spots. He then took time to explain about why not to use branded carpet cleaners as they don't actually clean the stains, which I thought was lovely of him to take time and explain. Really friendly and professional service! 11/10 recommend. Service: General carpet cleaning

We hired Jak in to clean our carpets after our kitten had been having a number of accidents. Booked in for a biohazard clean of the areas not expecting to be able to fully remove the smell but wow. Jak was professional, on time and really friendly. The job he's done of our carpets is second to none. He gave us some great advice on how to try and keep them clean in the meantime of any more accidents and provided a check up text a few days later. We will definitely have Jak back put again next time our carpets need doing
