Leon's Snow Foam Car Wash

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! No care for their customers vehicles! Damaged our car and refused to acknowledge it was them. A very expensive car wash. Looking at previous reviews I can see this is a trending pattern. Was absolutely gutted when seen the damage left on my car Service: Car waxing

We took our motorhome and asked if he could wash the top as well. He said yes no problem. So he went up the ladders on started cleaning it. All of a sudden we heard a cracking noise. We looked up as we was sat inside the cab area and he was standing on the skylight. I shouted don't stand on that...and he shouted sorry...the next day our friend came to put solar panels on the roof of our motorhome. That's when we found out that he had broken the skylight in 2 places. I messaged him straight away on Facebook messenger and he asked for photos so I sent them. I asked for his insurance. I even translated it to Latvian so it would be better for them to understand. I was then blocked ... we went to see the boss and he had already gone home, however 1 of the workers was there and he said he heard it crack, which he did as he turned around and looked while he was clearing a blue car at the side of us. So we went back next day and the boss was there... we parked outside of his area and walked up to where he was.. I'm disabled and use an electric wheelchair as I can't walk...we went up to the boss guy and he very rudely said... "what you want..." I tried to explain but he kept interrupting me. He looked me straight in the eye's and told me that he didn't do it, that I should have got on the roof and checked it myself before we left his grounds...remember I'm in a wheelchair..., he called me a lier, he said that it was illegal for him to get on the roof anyway, and that we should know that...so I asked him why did he do it then!! If it's illegal... his reply was cos he was to busy to explain it... asked him for his insurance details several times and he wouldn't give me them. He asked how much cash I wanted!! My reply was I don't know home much it would cost, probably approx 200 which was a guesstimate. Our motorhome is 31 yrs old , so to get parts they are expensive and then obviously fitting, so was a guess. He laughed and said he could get 1 off Internet for 20 so I asked him to get me a dozen at that price.. I asked again for his insurance details and he told us to leave... so we did... he shouted phone police they not do nothing.... very rude, arrogant, ignorant, nasty, bullying man.... very upset lady....
