Recently brought a car from Wayne and I coould not be any happier! From start to finish he helped with everything went out is way to make sure everything went smoothly. Few minor things needed doing to the car and of course like promised they was! When we went to pick the car up it was as clean as it could be inside and out! Must say I'm very happy. Will be going here for regular services and m.o.ts and will recomend to all family and friends

This has been one of my more unfavourable experiences to note. **False Advertising** - My misses and I were searching weeks for a SUV crossover type vehicle for months with unsuccessful results due to she wanting a vehicle which looks good and I wanting a vehicle with Android Auto. After months of searching, we came across a vehicle that we both accepted. On my test drive of the vehicle I made mention to Wayne that as long as the vehicle has Android Auto, I would be happy. Admittedly, Wayne (the sales man and owner) mentioned he did not know what that was, however, I told him, that the vehicle was advertised with it, so I'm content that I will find it. Additionally, I requested that the towing eye be removed prior to my purchasing the vehicle. On the day I came to pick up the vehicle, the towing eye was still attached, I again requested that it be removed, however, due to the complexity of the process, the mechanic could not carry out the job. I still took the vehicle as my misses already was excited about it. During the course of days, I played around on the system searching for the Android Auto, only to find out, that it was not provided. I contacted Wayne to inform him of this and he sent me a link to download it. Unfortunately, the link and information provided by Wayne was useless. **Unprofessionalisms** I kept the vehicle because I didn't not want to go through the whole process of finding a vehicle again. I took the vehicle to Renault to have the towing eye removed (costed me 100). The Renault mechanic found numerous faults including the suspension arm requiring urgent repair, the EGR Valve needing replacement, the brake fluid showing as red on their system and, the tyres were different sizes. I instantly brought all this information to Wayne who sent me the most condescending email reply I could remember having. Wayne made assumptions based on zero evidence and even suggested that in my role as a soldier, I should know better - an arrogant and entitled approach to not wanting to take responsibility for his own failings. **Extreme Lack of Customer care** In his email reply, Wayne disgustingly suggested that because I have travelled 3000miles in 3 months that I am a poor driver - completely missing the fact that as a soldier I live on camp in Nottingham during the weekday but travel to see my family in North Yorkshire on a weekend. Wayne chose to arrogantly impose his own beliefs on what soldiers should or shouldn't know while neglecting his role within customer care. Additionally, with regards to the suspension arm (and wheel arc that was coming off) to resist the fact that he sold me a vehicle that was not worth the amount he sold it for, Wayne suggested that I had an accident which caused all this, further suggesting that he completely opposes taking responsibility as he should. **The result** I took the car to Wayne's garage (I did not reply to Wayne's email because I am an adult and I don't play email ping pong). Steph the garage manager had a look over the vehicle, told me not to worry about the different size tires, and that my suspension would have failed an MOT if I brought it in for one. Then charge 54 for that news. I have since then moved to Maidstone, Kent and because I purchase the vehicle with Warranty First cover, I was able to take the car to a trusted garage in Kent and it costed Warranty First claims just under 500 and me 180 to get my car road safe again. However, had I not taken the car to Renault to get the towing eye out, I would not have known about these faults and then when it was time for a re MOT, then I would be severely out of pocket because Warranty First does not cover MOT fails - Wayne knew this, Steph the garage manager knew this, yet they sold me a car with so many faults. In summary don't trust anything that comes out of Wayne's mouth!! If you purchase a vehicle from Wayne First thing to do is get it checked by a trusted garage because Wayne and Steph are 2 dodgy peas in a pod and will contest and resist any liability for their corrupt and unacceptable behaviours.

This garage sold me an 11.5k X5 with the the V5 registered to a fraudster who cloned it 4 days before I bought and took possession of the car. It's taken months to sort out the mess with the Police, Action Fraud and DVLA. Promised me a replacement for damaged interior trim which never arrived, costing 145. No apology or offer of compensation received yet. Update: it's only fair to post an update. After posting this review the garage phoned me and apologised for not sending the replacement interior trim. But refused to accept responsibility for selling me a car which had the V5 registered to someone else 4 days before selling me the car. Update: 7th May 2022: The Belgrave garage just phoned me and asked me to remove this review and when I refused, he said just before hanging up on me "Actions have consequences mate, just be aware of that"
