I would give zero stars if there was an option. Arranged to call Friday morning 20th May, no show not even a phone call. Tried ringing Josh all day would not take my calls. Spoke to him on Tuesday 24 May, he apologised a job had run on but he would definitely ring me back at 5.30. Surprise, surprise no call. Tried ringing him on Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th, he returned my call on Thursday realised it was me and put the phone down. Is this really a way to treat customers. My advice would be to avoid at all costs.

Josh was so helpful from the get go, he helped me choose the best suited alarm for my Mercedes before thoroughly talking me through all of the options available. He was very efficient and professional upon fitting the alarm with nothing being too much bother. I highly recommend josh and will certainly use him again in the future, thank you again!
