I came wedding dress shopping with my bridal party in November and cannot recommend this shop enough!! Its absolutely hands down such a fantastic place, the staff were amazing and couldnt do enough to help and support me in finding my dream dress!!

Great customer service...until they have your money. My first impression on the shop was perfect. When it came to the dress being delivered the customer service went drastically down hill; the staff member that I was dealing with was very rude and very unprofessional. The dress is beautiful, however is held together with cheap materials e.g. zips, hook and clips etc, I've had to have all those things changed during alterations. Unfortunately a very disappointing and stressful experience.

I came wedding dress shopping jan 2022 and yesterday came to have my final fitting and collect my dress. Massive shout out to Kacie who was absolutely lovely and made me feel so comfortable! She really did make the whole experience even better as I was nervous after not seeing the dress on in a year! Thank you so much Kacie and the rest of the cherished team
