        Excellent service and everything was perfect - adjustments all carried out perfectly and there were quite a few as I am very short and needed 10 cm removing from the sides!! Thank you so much - my dress was stunning and my mum gave me away in her beautiful dress she bought from here too. We had the best day.

        Thank you for your response which is a load of rubbish. If you can not resolve this issue i will be taking this to the local Newspaper the chad what i said and what i was quoted by a staff member that obviously didn't know what she was doing as she told me the price of nearly 300 for a corsit back for my daughters flower dress and i did explain that it was a flower girl dress and what needed doing all iam asking for is 45 back as my daughter only tried it on in your shop

        If I could give zero I would. Absolute awful experience! I was looking for a MOB dress and gave a max amount of 500 for it. Didn't mean to say I wouldn't increase this for the right dress but I was made to feel like a pauper!. I was only shown dresses in the sale and they were AWFUL. I asked to look on the second floor (more expensive dresses) but was told these were out of my price range. I tried 7 sale dresses on in 40 minutes. It was freezing cold and a terrible experience. I wanted a Vent Infantino dress and thought they were a stockist but it was my error as they weren't but the sales assistant told me I wouldn't get a Veni dress for how little I was willing to pay. Well let me tell you! I went to a different shop and found my brand new Veni Infantino dress and paid 500 for it. Wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone!! Save time + Go elsewhere.
