A very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly company. I was offered great advice right from the start with the style of blind and the size and style of shutters. Our blind was fitted within days of ordering and the shutters, although took a while to arrive (which seems standard with shutters), were definitely worth the wait. Excellent customer service and excellent products.

Fantastic service throughout the process. Wayne was thoroughly professional in all aspects of his work, always on time for appointments and obviously determined to ensure we got what we wanted. Communications were prompt and very clear. Our order was actually received earlier than anticipated and we are absolutely delighted with the blinds supplied. They are remote controlled and Wayne set them up for our requirements with precision. In due course he will be ensuring we can actually operate them via our mobile phones for added security when on holiday. We can 100% recommend this company.

from coming to quote and measuring then ordering and fitting i cannot fault them at all fitter was brilliant, it was a bay window with arch internal wall and they fit perfectly will be ordering more for upstairs windows later in year.

Just had perfect fit blinds fitted in our conservatory and they look fantastic. Measuring to fitting took 8days. Well done Blinds by Grace, first class service. I would highly recommend.
