Bought the bike in Jan 2021, had a slight issue with the battery nearly 2 years later. Company responded promptly to emails and although they werent able to do the repair themselves (due to location) happily resolved with a local supplier in my area. Great bike and value for money.

Not great quality... bought the bike early this year and had to change the gear set as it was very low quality... not a great bike at all.

Hi I bought the bike on January 2021 and from the day one I am facing issues with the bike. Please Stay away!. They use inferior quality item and assemble and when asked to refund or replacement, I am not getting any concrete answer from them. Better invest in branded bike or vendor at least you will get good service. Quality of the bike is very poor!

MAK eMTB The first thing I want to say is what great customer service I received from this company. The bike was delivered the next day and came very well packaged. I know my limitations so I took it to my local independent cycle shop to be built. On reflection that was a great decision as the was a minor fault with the front forks that I wouldn't have known about. I contacted the company and without hesitation a replacement part was sent out and the cost of replacement covered. 5* customer service. The bike itself looks great and having the additional benefit of a front light and electric horn. I have only tried the bike for about 40 minutes and enjoyed every second of it. The pedal assist is very good and it really picks up speed efficiently. This bike also has a throttle (not specified in the details) but whilst it's a great welcomed addition, I believe it makes it road illegal in the UK or at least moves it into a different category and requires you to be licensed and insured. The suspension is a bit harsh and for me personally I find the seat very uncomfortable. Gear changes are good and brakes seem responsive. I had the unfortunate opportunity to ride it in a downpour and it handled it very well. I've not fully worked out all the benefits and use of the bike, but my first reaction is for the price and for the level of cyclist that I am, this is an excellent bike that will give me hours of fun. I'm happy I purchased it.
