Car Shades

Ordered my shades a few weeks ago and they arrived really quickly. Unfortunately this was the start end end of the positive elements of my experience. Upon attempting to fit the shades in my car I noticed that the shades were actually not a good fit for the side windows. In addition to this the rear shades actually did not fit at all without covering high-line brake light and drooping down from the top. Unfortunately the product was not fit for purpose (for my vehicle at least) and I decided to e-mail the company for their advice. After no receiving a reply to my e-mail for a few days I promptly commented on facebook and someone said they would get someone to contact me. They did not. I chased up by another e-mail and finally got a reply suggesting I was mistaken but if I wanted to send them back to do so. I promptly packaged up the shades and sent them via parcel force the same day to the provided address asking them to confirm receipt. I received no reply. Looking at the parcel force tracking I saw that they had been delivered and signed for. As such I e-mailed asking for an ETA on the refund - I have had no reply... Poor product, poor fitting and abysmal communication. Avoid at all costs and get your windows tinted which is what I should have done in the first place.

Subsidiary of Van Style UK or Palm Automotive.. after my initial email to them I received nothing but silence. After a month of the initial promise of replacement I thought that was enough. Luckily I paid with PayPal and got a partial refund for my issue. Not even a message or comment during the resolution of the case! Not recommended at all.
