Visited today to enquire about side steps for my Sorento. Three Very friendly members of staff dealt with me from my enquiry to payment, even bringing a sidestep to my car to see what it would look like fitted. 10/10 for customer service. I think the fitting instructions in the (sealed) box are utter rubbish though, and would definitely score bonus points for including a proper instruction sheet that you can actually follow. The first side took about an hour trying to decifer that rubbish. Instructions, the second side took 10 minutes to fit in the rain.

Brought side bars from trade van accessories for my l2 Citroen space tourer.what I found was as I phoned a number of times was it depends who you spoke to.some staff where unknowledgeable while other couldn't be bothered put me of buying from here but on the last time I phoned I spoke to a lady called Kayleigh and she restored my confidence in trade van accessories she was Amazing an asset to TVA I would recommend TVA but just make sure you speak to the right person like Kayleigh.

The side boards are good quality however the brackets are awful cheap material and these are not a straight easy fix at all you have to bend the brackets about to make them fit also the screw fixings dont fit through the holes so u have to do some Cutting in the car in order to makes these fit very poor design and dont recommend these what so ever after what should have been an easy straight forward job wasnt at all and I really cant see these brackets been the strongest of things to standing on
