        DO NOT USE THIS FORM OF ACCOUNTANTS. I had the displeasure of dealing with Phillip Cudworth. He is totally unprofessional, rude, does not respond to emails and phone calls and over charges. When I brought up his over charging he was rude and totally ignored me.
